What size is right for my dog?+
The Pro (3.1″) is for medium & large dogs, about 25 lb and up — pitties, retrievers, huskies, shepherds. The Mini (2.7″) is for small dogs under 25 lb, puppies, and seniors. Big chewer? Go Pro. Small or gentle? Mini.
What are the 3 play modes?+
Chill is soft, slow rolling. Play is active bouncing that triggers the chase. Beast is full chaos for power chewers. Both balls do all three — the Mini also glows with a rainbow LED rim and adds playful sounds.
Will it survive my power chewer?+
Yes. The shell is a tough, bite-resistant E-TPU — soft enough not to chip teeth, dense enough not to puncture — and the outer shell twists off and is replaceable if it ever wears down.
How does touch-to-wake work?+
After about 10 minutes of quiet the ball rests to save battery. A nudge from your dog wakes it instantly — no button, no app. Same on both Pro and Mini.
Battery, charging & waterproofing?+
