What are the 3 play modes?

Chill Mode — gentle rolling for calm play. Play Mode — balanced bouncing for everyday fun. Beast Mode — fast, erratic chaos for high-energy dogs. Tap the power button to cycle through modes. Both Pro and Mini share these three modes; the Mini also has a rainbow LED rim that glows on every mode and engaging sound on Play + Beast.

What's the touch-to-wake sensor?

After 10 minutes of no activity the ball goes into rest mode to save battery. But the built-in touch sensor wakes it back up the moment your dog bumps it — no need to flip it on by hand. Walk by, nudge it, ball's back in action.

Will it survive my pit bull?

Yes. The shell is made from E-TPU foam — the same material used in industrial protective equipment. It's bite-resistant and built for power chewers. If the shell eventually wears down, the outer shell is replaceable so you don't need a whole new ball.

What's the difference between Pro and Mini?

Pro = 3.1 in (80 mm), 170 g, for medium & large dogs (25+ lbs). Mini = 2.7 in (69 mm), 160 g, for small dogs, puppies, and seniors (under 25 lbs). Both share the same three play modes (Chill/Play/Beast) and USB-C charging. The Mini adds a rainbow LED rim that glows on every mode plus engaging sound on Play and Beast.

How long does the battery last?

3.5 hours of continuous play on a full charge. Charges in 50 minutes via USB-C — same cable you use for your phone.

Does it work on carpet?

Yes — works on hardwood, carpet, tile, and grass. Beast Mode is most dramatic on hard surfaces.

Can I change the shell color?

Yes — the outer shell twists off in 5 seconds. Replacement shells in additional colors are coming soon; one core, endless looks.

Is it waterproof?

Splash-proof. You can rinse it under running water to clean it, but don't submerge it in a pool or run it through the dishwasher.
