What size is right for my dog?+
The Pro (3.1″ / 80 mm, ~130 g) is for medium & large dogs, about 25 lb and up — pit bulls, retrievers, huskies, shepherds. The Mini (2.7″ / 69 mm, ~95 g) is for small dogs under 25 lb, puppies, and seniors. Big chewer? Go Pro. Small or gentle? Mini.
What are the 3 play modes?+
Chill — gentle, slow rolling for calm play. Play — balanced bouncing for everyday fun. Beast — fast, erratic chaos for high-energy dogs. Tap the power button to cycle modes. Both Pro and Mini share all three; the Mini adds a rainbow LED rim that glows on every mode plus playful sound on Play + Beast.
Will it survive my power chewer?+
Yes. The shell is bite-resistant E-TPU — soft enough not to chip teeth, dense enough not to puncture. If it ever wears down, the outer shell twists off and is replaceable, so you don’t need a whole new ball.
What’s the touch-to-wake sensor?+
After about 10 minutes of no activity the ball rests to save battery. The built-in touch sensor wakes it the moment your dog bumps it — no flipping it on by hand. Walk by, nudge it, and it’s back in action. Same on Pro and Mini.
Can I get one of each for a multi-dog home?+
Absolutely — it’s a popular setup. Build a 2-pack and pick any combo (even a Pro in one color and a Mini in another). Every pair saves you $10, auto-applied at checkout.
How long does the battery last?+
About 3.5 hours of play on a full charge, and it charges over USB-C — the same cable you use for your phone.
Does it work on carpet?+
Yes — hardwood, carpet, tile, and grass all work. Beast mode is most dramatic on hard surfaces.
Can I change the shell color?+
Yes — the outer shell twists off in about 5 seconds. Replacement shells in more colors are on the way: one core, endless looks.
Is it waterproof?+
Splash-proof. Rinse it under running water to clean it — just don’t submerge it in a pool or run it through the dishwasher.
