Your dog will love it or your money back. If you or your pup are not happy with your FetchSphere for any reason, let us know within 30 days of delivery and we will make it right with a replacement or a full refund.

How it works

• Email us at shopsgonow@gmail.com with your order number and a quick note about what went wrong. A photo or short video helps us improve the ball for every dog.
• We reply within 1 business day with the next steps. Most issues are resolved with a free replacement shipped right away.
• Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days after approval.

Damaged or defective balls

If your ball arrives damaged or stops working under normal play, we replace it free of charge. No need to ship anything back.
